Shipping and delivery policy
1- The order will be delivered inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
According to the period specified by the shipping company, which the customer chooses
2- Jorn store is not responsible for the damage resulting from the shipping process.
3- Any delay due to the delivery date of the shipment
The transportation company is outside the responsibility of the Jorn store.
In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:
1- The customer does not respond to the shipping company or the repeated postponement.
2- An error in the data on the bill of lading, shown
By the customer before completing the order.
3- The customer bears the value of shipping the order again
